How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We will contact you at the email address you provide. We do not use your contact form data for marketing without your separate consent.
Who sees it
Your message is visible only to the OmegaEstate team. We do not sell, rent, or share your contact form data with any third party.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are permanently deleted unless an ongoing conversation requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to the data you submitted, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To exercise these rights, email us at support@omegaestate.homes.
Security
All data submitted through this form is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely on Supabase-hosted infrastructure with row-level access controls. Only authorised OmegaEstate administrators can read your submission.
