By accessing or using Omega Real Estate ("the Platform") at omegaestate.homes, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must 18 years or older to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users through the messaging system.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute Platform content without our written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the Platform.

5. Property Listings

• Sellers and agents are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
• Listings must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms or is reported as fraudulent.
• Omega Real Estate is a marketplace platform and is not a party to any transaction between users.

6. Agent Verification

Agent accounts are subject to an administrative verification process. A verified badge indicates that the account has been reviewed by our team. Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of an agent's professional credentials or conduct. Users should perform their own due diligence before entering into any agreement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform's design, code, and branding are owned by Omega Real Estate. Content you upload (photos, descriptions) remains yours, but by posting it you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on the Platform. You may not reproduce or redistribute Platform materials without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

• The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information posted by users.
• We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or agreements made between users.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omega Real Estate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to financial loss resulting from transactions between users.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in good faith between the parties before pursuing formal legal remedies.
